A person killed in IED blast

Pokhara—A person has been killed when an IED went out in Nepal’s Baglung district the day before. According to DSP Shaymu Aryal from Gandaki Province Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Mitra Rana, 31 of Badigadh Rural Municipality ward 2.

According to information, the incident happened when Rana was making an IED for fishing purposes. Rana was brought to Palpa district-based hospital following the blast but he succumbed to injury. Arun Kumar Pun, 27 from Gulmi district became injured in the incident. His treatment is undergoing in Palpa.
