Pokhara—Three children have been killed when landslide hit their two storey house they were living at Baphukhola in Bagchaur Municipality- 12 of Salyan District on Sunday night.
The landslide buried the house of Balram Dangi who lost his son and two daughters in the incident. The incessant rainfall triggered landslide at around 7 pm and children became victim when they were playing during that time. Deceased have been identified as Lalita Dangi, 8, Menuka Dangi, 4, and son Lalit Dangi, 6.
The incident happened when father Balram and his wife had gone to take care of their buffalo a bit far from home. According to DSP Birendra Bahadur Shahi, all three dead bodies have been excavated. Father and mother went unconscious following the knowing of their children death.
