Biman Bangladesh makes emergency landing

Dhaka—The national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines made emergency landing at Dhaka airport today. The domestic flight Dash-8 took off from Hazrat Shahjala International Airport at around 12.28pm but it had to force landing at 12.50 as it felt technical glitch, confirmed by the airport’s deputy director, Mosharraf Hossain.

The incident happened just a week into the tragic US-Bangla plane crash in Kathmandu of Nepal. The aircraft Biman flight BG493 was bounding for Saidpur but flown back to the airport. .All the passengers and crew members on board were said to be safe.The plane had 53 passengers on board.
