Pokhara—Activists of Netra Bikram Chand Biplav led CPN Maoist smeared soot to a manpower agency chief in Pokhara on Monday morning. According to Province IV Police office SP Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, four activists of that party reached the office of Pukar Manpower Agency at Srijana Chowk of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City- 8 and smeared shoot on the face of owner Khem Raj Baral at around 10.50.
Baral is also a chairman of Foreign Employment and Representative Conservation Association. A team of police led by DSP Khadka Bahadur Khatri reached to Baral’s agency office and arrested one of the suspects as the information of soot smearing learnt. The investigation over the incident is undergoing.
