Pokhara: The 8th Xerox CAN Infotech 2017 with Mobile Expo is undergoing at Pokhara Exhibition Center in Pokhara.
Computer Association Kaski chapter and Pokhara Electronics Entrepreneurs’ Association Kaski are jointly hosting the event that was inaugurated on February 16 and lasts on Feb 19.
New technology regarding ICT, ICT conference, regional typing competition, IT exhibition, IT quiz contest, free mobile repairing camp, mobile gaming and mobile phone exhibitions are major attractions of the expo.
On the occasion of expo, an ICT conference was held at Hotel Deepsagar that was chaired by CAN Kaski president Chinta Mani Bastola. CAN center president Engineer Binod Dhakal was the chief guest in the conference. Romakanta Padney, Kishor Panta and Khushal Regmi presented their respective papers during the event that was coordinated by CAN member Purushottam Kuwar.
Different 19 brands of mobile sets are being exhibited and sold in the exp, informed Mobile Distributors’ Association Pokharra president Shivahari Pahari. According to MDA Pokhara secretary Jivan Dhungana, the expo is offering 5 to 50 percent discount in mobile set as per their brand and quality. Teenagers and youths and other visitors have observed the expo powered by Lava mobile.
