Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Kanchha Baraha Youth Club (KBYC) from Sabet of Mauja VDC won the title of volley ball tournament organized in Tolka of Kaski.
Defeating the Heaven Club Nayapul, KBYC received 35,000 rupees cash including shield and certificate. The Heaven got 23,000 rupees cash, shield and certificate. Solti Club Huda became third and received 11,000 rupees cash.
Manoj Gurung from Sabet Mauja won the tilte of best player in the tournament organized by Deurali Youth Club (DYC). Rabin Thakuri as best blocker and Bishwas BK as best spiker were also given prize.
According to DYC president Santosh Gurung, Landruk A and Tolka B became winner and runner up in Veterans Volleyball Tournament organized under the Comprehensive Sports Festival in Tolka. Chij Bahadur Gurung became best player in this tournament which was organized on the occasion of Tihar and DYC 13th AGM.
Tolka became first and Sabet Mauja became second in tug of war competition. Shishir Thapa became first in corn counting competition. Likewise, Devi Thapa from Tolka won the pot breaking contest. Laxmi Gurung from Ghandruk became winner in musical chair and Man Bahadur Thapa from Tolka won the chhelo competition, informed media coordinator Bharat Gurung.
