NTNC-ACAP launchs anti poaching workshop

Recentfusion.com–Pokhara: National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC) – Annapurna Conservation Area Project(ACAP) organized an anti wildlife poaching workshop in Pokhara on Wednesday. The workshop also discussed on illegal trade of wildlife.

All total 22 police staffers commanded by Police Inspector Mohan Bahadur Khad, from Dhampus, Bhurjung Khola, Ghachok, Bire Thanti office participated the workshop informed ACAP conservation officer Rishi Baral.

Baral informed about wildlife poaching, illegal trade of wildlife, controlling measures, the major entrance and outlet of ACAP, flora and fauna inside ACAP, in the workshop. ACAP Pokhara conservation officer Sabina Ale introduced about her project ACAP.

Ward Police Office Bagar Police Inspector Mohan Bahadur Khad said that the workshop remained very fruitful for security personals as they knew very important information about poaching and illegal trade of wildlife.
