Recentfusion.com–Pokhara: The relay hunger strike launched by Tamuwan Sangharsha Samiti (TSC) from June 7, demanding the rewriting of newly released constitution of Nepal, has been concluded today.
The hunger strike had launched in Chipledhunga of Pokhara as part of solidarity to same kind of hunger strike that had been launched in Khulla Manch in Kathmandu from the same day.
On Tuesday, leaders and activists from TSC and indigenous leaders took part in hunger strike in Pokhara. The agitating TSC and Janajatis have been demanding to fulfill 26 points demands put forth by Federal Alliance.
Demand of Tamuwan state, rewriting of constitution, proportional representation in government sector, demand of identity were some of the major demands of TSC and their hunger strike that saw all total 104 participants, informed TSC coordinator Hum Bahadur Gurung.
