Ward 23 lifts Mayor Cup title

Pokhara—Ward number 23 lifted the title of Mayor Cup Volleyball tournament jointly organized by Kaski District Football Association and Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City.

Defeating ward number 21 in the straight sets of 25-13, 26-24, and 25-2, ward 23 clinched the title of the first time organized tournament. Beating ward 18 in the set of 3-1, ward 33 secured the third position. Winner tea bagged Rs 1 lakh and runner up Rs Rs 50,000. Second runner up ward number 33 got Rs 25,000.
