Tourism entrepreneur Sherchan no more

Pokhara—Senior tourism entrepreneur and Hotel Monalisha owner Bimal Sherchan passed away at Grande Hospital in Kathmandu last evening.

According to Western Regional Hotel Association Pokhara Chairman Bikal Tulachan, Sherchan who earlier was rushed to Manipal Teaching Hospital Pokhara was referred to Grande. He was reportedly died of heart attack. Sherchan was also a good social worker and one of the pioneers of promotion of popular Thakali dish.

“We all are very sad for his untimely demise and lost one of our friends and member of our association and industry, May his soul rest in Peace.”, Chairman Tulachan has posted in a Facebook group Pokhara-Hotels.org.
