At least 20 killed in Nepal bus accident

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: At least 20 people were killed wounding other 17 as a bus en routing to Pokhara from Gaur plunged 200 meter down to Trishuli River on Friday morning.

According to Chitwan district Superintendent of Police Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, the passenger bus with Ga 1 Kha 3709 name plate met an accident at around 4.45 AM near Kali Khola of Chandibhanjyang village development committee- 6, in Mugling-Narayangarh section.

Injured were taken to Bharatpur Hospital for treatment. The accident was learnt as a team of police petrolling witnessed the bus in the river. It is still unknown the cause of accident and the number of passengers on board while the accident happened.
