Hapkido players farewelled in Pokhara

Pokhara– Nepal Martial Arts Hapkido Association (NMAHA) Gandaki has organized a formal ceremony in Pokhara to farewell 20 Hapkido players including coaches who are going to participate in the World Hapkido Championship which is to be held in Russia from October 22 to 24. Gandaki Province Chief Minister Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokhrel farewelled the players and coaches who were earlier in a month-long close camp.

At the same time, National Council Member Rajesh Kumar Gurung, Gandaki Sports Council Member Secretary Tej Bahadur Gurung, NMAHA Chairman and Federation of South Asian Martial Arts Hapkido Association Chairman Kali Bahadur Gharti, Nepal Sports Journalists Forum Gandaki Chairman Aakraj Giri, NMAHA Gandaki Chairman MB Astha Magar wished Nepali players for their success in the championship.

The program was chaired by NMAHA Gandaki vice chairman Khem Bahadur Gurung and welcome speeches were delivered by NMAHA vice president Tara Thapa Magar. NMAHA Joint-Secretary Arjun Gaha Magar was the master of ceremony.
