Pokhara—Prime Minister and ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman KP Sharma Oli Monday said that his body is in danger from some forces. Addressing his Gandaki Province activists’ gathering in Pokhara, PM Oli added, ‘It won’t be a surprise if I was physically attacked.’ According to him, he has been flayed by his own party leaders of different factions day by day, and in this scenario, he may suffer physical attacks too.
Oli further said that some forces won’t like to see developed and prospers Nepal. Pointing out his colleague Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Oli said, they like to forge such a government in Nepal that would be comfortable to our neighbor. Oli also challenged Dahal and former PM Madhav Kumar led NCP’s faction to come up with no trust motion against him in the parliament. ‘I am ready to face it,’ PM Oli said, ‘I am also ready to call our parliamentary party meeting.’ PM Oli cautioned his rival faction not to forget the constitution and his party’s legislation.
At the same time, PM Oli asked Netra Bikram Chand aka Biplav led NCP to come to peace talks and mainstream politics. According to Oli, the path walking by Biplav’s party is not a good one. Earlier today, PM Oli laid a foundation stone to build a building of Gandaki Province Training Foundation at Nadipur in Pokhara. He also visited the newly built Pokhara Stadium.
