PM Oli flays Speaker Sapkota

Pokhara—Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli criticized Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota accusing of him sticking the procedure of the House of Representatives.

Addressing the all-party meeting the day before in Baluwatar, PM Oli claimed that Speaker Sapkota has created hurdles in governing the country. PM Oli also blamed Speaker Sapkota of being anarchist and immoral. PM Oli had called all-party meeting today to take advice from the party leaders on how his government could fight the Covid- 19 pandemic.

According to party leaders, PM asked for suggestions to fight against the Covid- 19 pandemic which is one of the major challenges in Nepal. However, CPN-MC Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda didn’t take part in the all-party meet. Ruling CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal also didn’t join the meeting. Main opposition Nepali Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba also attended the meeting.
