At least 25 persons killed when strong strom hit Nepal’s Bara district

Pokhara—At least 25 persnos have been killed and 400 others injured when strong strom and lightening hit Nepal’s Bara, Parsa and Rautahat districts this evening.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli confirmed the death and expressed his sorrow over the incident. He also informed that numbers of security personnels have been deployed for rescue operation.

Injured are getting treatment in different hospitals and the number of death toll could rise. Province 2 Chief Minister Lal Babu Raut also expressed deep sadness over the death of numbers of people
