MBBS student found dead in Phewa Lake

Pokhara—A MBBS student of Gandaki Medical College has been found dead in Phewa Lake near Sedi of Pokhara Metropolitan- 18, on Saturday, informed DSP Govinda Puri of Gandaki Province Police Office.

The body of Shisir KC, 23, from Beni of Myagdi was discovered by a police dog following a search operation that began when his friends noticed clothes, mobile phone and helmet in the lake shores near Water Front Resort. The further investigation is undergoing and the body was submitted to Western Regional Hospital Pokhara for postmortem.
