Pokhara–Labour Department under the ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has started issuing re-entry work permits from Gandaki Province from today.
Labour Minister Gokarna Bista began such service handing over two passports to two youths after stamping re-entry permits in Pokhara on Wednesday.
Khadka Bahadur Gurung, 37, from Pithauli of Nawalpur and Chandraman Gurung from Syangja got such re-entry permits of Makau and UAE respectively. Minister Bista and Gandaki Province Social Development Minister Nardevi Pun handed over those permits to them respectively.
Such decentralized provision would help service seekers to save their time and money. Speaking in the program, minister Bista claimed that the government would create required numbers of employments in the nation within five years so that Nepali youths should not go to foreign lands for livings.
The re-entry of labour permits services have already been started from Janakpur of Province 2 and Butwal of Province 5.
