Nepal Litereature Festival begins in Pokhara

Pokhara–The IME Nepal Literature Festival 2018 has kicked off in touristy town Pokhara. Prithvi Narayan Campus founding teacher George John and his spouse Dr. Aliama John inaugurated the festival in the shore of Phewa Lake on Saturday. The Bookworm Foundation organized festival lasts on December 25.

Tourism Minister Rabindra Adhikari, chief guest George John, former chief justice Sushila Karki, IME Group Managing Director Hemraj Dhakal, Nepal Toruism Board CEO Deepak Raj Jhoshi, poet Sarubhakta, journalist Hari Bahadur Thapa expressed their remarks during the opening session. Famous Nepali actress Manisha Koirala’s book Healed was unveiled during the program.

The conversation with famous Nepali and international writers, literature related topics, discussion and many other sessions are confined in the four day long festival that was first organized in 2011.
