Pokhara—Five time World Cup winner Brazil thrashed Mexico 2-0 to enter the quarter finals of FIFA World Cup being held in Russia. Neymar opened account in 51st minute while Roberto Firemino in 88th minute doubled the lead that was enough to send the rival team to home from Samara Arena.
Similarly Belgium knocked out Japan 3-2 in a dramatic match. Japan made 2-0 lead when Genki Haraguchi scored in 48th minute and Takashi Inui in 52nd minute but Belgium surprisingly not only leveled the match also added another goal to shock the Japan. Belgium’s Jan Vertonghen scored in 69th minute while Marouane Fellaini in 74th minute. Nacer 90+4 minute’s goals remained decisive to advance Belgium in last eight.
