Hotel association organizes day-hiking program in Pokhara

Pokhara—Paschimanchal Hotel Association Pokhara (PHAP) in association with Nepal Tourism Board organized a day hiking program in the areas of Pame, Chapakot, Bhumdikot and Anadu of Pokhara on Saturday. With a slogan–hiking for healthy life, the program aims to extend the length of stay of tourists in Pokhara region.

PHAP executives, general members, NTB representative and villagers were the members of hiking program. According to program coordinator and PHAP Immediate Past President Bharat Raj Parajuli, that hiking trail has very good tourism potential to lure more visitors. He further informed that the trail is very reach from natural point of view.

Phewa Lake, Annapurna mountain range, green hills, village life, aged old crafted stone steps and natural beauty are some of the attractions of that hiking trail, informed PHAP General Secretary Ganesh Raj Pahari. PHAP Chairman Bikal Tulachan thanked all the hikers for making the program success.
