Truck hit kills one perosn

Pokhara—Jit Bahadur Pun from Rukum was killed when a truck hit him at Powerhouse along the Prithvi Highway in Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City- 30 this morning.

The truck with a number plate Na 2 Kha 3669 was heading for Pokhara from Tanahun and hit Pun who has been living in Khudikhola of PLMC- 32. Pun succumbed to injury at Western Regional Hospital Pokhara at around 9.55 am. Truck driver is under police custody for further investigation, informed SP Birendra Kumar Basyal.
