Pokhara—Jyoti Khatri from Gagangaunda of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City- 32 has been crowned as Miss Queen Lekhnath III, in Pokhara on Saturday. Jyoti who is the student of management, bagged a scooter worth rupees 200,000 including the opportunities of brand ambassador in various products.
Likewise, Sabrina Oli became the first runner up while Dipa Acharya second runner up. They bagged Rs 50,000 and Rs 30,000 respectively. Astha Thapa was chosen as viewers’ choice. Winners were chosen from seven finalists selected from 40 participants of age between 16 to 25 years.
Lekhnath Media House in association with Photo Mandal organized that beauty pageant managed by Seven Media Network, informed contest coordinator Sandip Paudel. Former Miss Pokhara Rajani KC, Jokson.com managing director Bhupal Gurung, artiste Amar Subedi and lecturer Jitendra Thapa are in the jury.
Suzuki Two wheeler and Lakecity Water were the main and co-sponsors respectively. Lekhnath Jesis, Lekhnath Lions Club, Rotary Club of Lekhnath and Rotract Club of Lekhnath were the supporters of the event.
