Jhapa—A bomb went off in the house of CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli in Damak of Jhapa this morning. The bomb was detonated in the Main gate of the house at around 4 am. Damak Municipality Mayor Rom Nath Oli has been living in this house, RSS reports.
According to SP Bishnu KC, a suspicious object also has been seen in the site where Nepali Army bomb disposal team was sent. A minor damage occurred as the bomb went off.
Likewise, another explosion happened in the house of Nepali Congress Jhapa chairman and this party’s parliamentary candidate Udhav Thapa last night. A jeep which was parked in the house premises suffered fully damage.
