PABSON Sports Meet begins

Pokhara—The football matches of junior and senior categories under 15th PABSON Sports Meet have been started in Pokhara. The matches have been hosted in Bhandardhik Stadium, Nepal Adarsha ground, Bishnu Paduka ground and Garui Shankar ground.

According to PABSON Kaski secretary Mathura Paudel, junior teams from 48 schools and senior teams from 72 schools are taking part in the competition. A total of 6000 students from 84 schools taking part in PABSON Sports Meet, informed PABSON Kaski Chairman Dinesh Shrestha.

According to PABSON Kaski senior vice chairman and sports meet coordinator Shadananda Gautam, football, volleyball, table tennis, and athletics are included in sports meet. The sports meet is to be inaugurated government chief secretary Lok Darshan Regmi on November 29. The meet ends on December 3. PABSOn is the private and boarding schools’ association of Nepal.
