Pokhara—The 10-day long third Sarangkot Festival has concluded on Sunday. According to organizer committee, the festival saw around 10 million rupees transaction and 40,000 visitors. Various agaro and garment related productions, food grains stalls and entertainment related performances were the major attractions of the festival.
Performances of musical bands, tourist race, Rateuli competition, Duna Tapari competition and local culture were the added attractions in the festival. Luring domestic and international visitors to Sarangkot was the major motto of the festival that was formally concluded by Sita Giri who is the lawmaker of Kaski constituency number 4, informed festival coordinator Kamal Thapa.
