Pokhara—Rulling CPN-MC Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda Friday announced that he would vie the upcoming federal election from a constituency of Chtiwan District.
Speaking in a press meet organized by Press Center Nepal in Bharatpur, Dahal disclosed that the party’s Birgunj meeting had decided he would represent from Chitwan in the election of House of Representatives. According to him, he picked Chitwan as it is a special district that has very important role in national politics.
He also claimed that he is going to Chitwan with a master plan to make that district a developed one. Dahal said that he is busy in making that long run master plan now. “I would like to see the Bharatpur as a smart city and I have talked to Chinese to bring the dream true.
Dahal also said that he is focusing on river controlling and management, national park management, modernization of agro sector, qualitative development of technical education, construction of ring road including communication sector of Chitwan district.
