At least 3 killed in Kaski bus Accident

Pokhara—At least 3 persons were killed and 25 other injured as a bus plunged from Rudi Khola Bridge in the border of Nepal’s Kaski and Lamjung district today. Two of the passengers were swept away by the stream while a passenger is reportedly being trapped under the bus.

Passengers and locals have involved in rescue operation and eight of the injured are in critical condition. The bus was heading to Pashgaun Phedi via Lamjung’s Rambazaar and Mugrebesi.

The bus with a number plate Na 5 Kha 6395 fell down the stream as the makeshift bridge broken when the bus was trying to across the stream. According to police, a team of police and an ambulance were sent to accident site.
