Man jumped into Seti River to kill himself

Pokhara—Prem Bahadur Baniya, 44, from Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City- 16 jumped into Seti River to kill himself in Kaski this afternoon.

According to Western Regional Police Office Pokhara SP Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, Baniya committed suicide in Yamdi area of Pokhara at around 13.10.

A team of police had reached to incident site following the information of Baniya’s leap but they recovered his dead body 10 meter south to the canal’s dam. Further investigation over the incident is undergoing, informed Police.
