Restaurant gutted in Pokhara fire

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Millions of rupees property was gutted as a fire broke out in a restaurant running under Tristar Hotel and Café at Barahi Chok in Lakeside Pokhara on Tuesday night.

The fire caught at around 10.20 pm and it also burnt a travel agency, an ATM booth, a money changer outlet and an office of a rafting agency. That restaurant which has been running by Dharmendra Batajoo for 1 year was a popular among the foreign tourists.

The fire brigades of Pokhara Sub-metropolitan City, Pokhara Airport, security personals and locals were reached to exhaust the flames at midnight. The cause of incident has not been identified yet however according to police, short-circuit might be the reason behind the incident.
