Mobile Distributors win Futsal Tournament

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Mobile Distributors’ Association (MDA) won the title of friendly Futsal Tournament organized for the first time in Pokhara, on Sunday.

MDA defeated Prithvi Rajmarga Bus Sanchalak Samiti (PRBSS) 5-3 in a final match held at Top Corner Futsal in Fulbari of Lake city Pokhara. MDA also bagged 15,000 cash including medal, trophy and certificate.

First runner up PRBSS received 10,000 rupees cash and second runner up Buddha Bishal Bazaar got 5,000 rupees cash. According to tournament coordinator Dinnath Baral, a total of 15 institutional teams took part in the tournament organized by Pokharanews.com.

Earlier, industrialist and social worker Surya Bahadur KC had inaugurated the two day long tournament yesterday. There were included five players in a team and played for 24 minutes of time. Senior journalist Krishna Prasad Bastola was the chief guest of the concluding and price distribution ceremony.
