Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: Youth inventor Bikalpa Dhungana claimed that he had prepared a sobi anti alcohol vehicle protecting system (SAAVPS ) that could turn off the starting motorbike.
Dhungana on Friday exhibited that technology that automatically off the starting bike if the driver doesn’t use helmet or try to drive a bike after having alcohol. Assistant Sub Inspector Rajesh Thapa said that the week-long experiment over that technology proved that the invention was exact as Dhungana claimed.
District Traffic Police Office Kaski Chief Bishwo Raj Adhikari said that the result of the test over that technology proved that what Dhungana claimed. Inventor Dhungana informed that the SAAVPS includes two kinds of detector in helmet. He also believed that the technology will be helpful to minimize the road accidents.
Krishna KC who is the principal of Pokhara Multimodal College (PMC) where Dungana studies, asked to stop the skillful persons like Dungana in Nepal to go abroad for employment. PMC Science Faculty Chief Dr. Chandra Bahadur Thapa asked concern bodies for research over SAAVPS technology to bring it to the market.
Rastriya Youva Parishad Kaski President Ashirbad Subed and Guru Chela Education Network executive director Subash Malla also expressed their views during the demonstration of SAAVPS technology.
Bikalpa who is originally from Tanahun Manpang and lives in Pokhara these days had received Youva Pratibha Puraskar last year. He had already prepared the helicopter technology, bomb disposal technology, earthquake informing device, manual loading and lifting Robert, grass cutter machine, paddy thrashing Robert, football player Robert in Nepal.
