Recentfusion.com—Saptari: Police has paraded alleged serial killer Rais Miya, 26, in Saptari the day before. Miya who is claimed to be an Indian national has been accused of murdering seven people from Nepal.
According to Bhim Prasad Dhakal SP of Saptari police, Miya had killed four from Saptari and three from a single family from Sunsari. Miya was arrested from Tribhuvan International Airport by a special team of police after getting information about him, on Sunday.
Miya who was on the way to aboard via TIA was possessing Nepali passport however he is originally from Laukaha Bagmariya of Madhubani district of Bihar. He was in killing cases by taking citizenship certificate from Sarswar village development- 7 of Saptari.
According to police Miya had murdered his friend Sakil Hussain’s wife, her mother and father. He murdered them allying his friend Sakil who lives in Kushaha- 6 but originally from Tikuliya- 7. Sakil has said to been in Saudi Arebia now.
Similarly, Miya allegedly murdered Koili Khatuk and her husband Sahabut Miya of Kalyanpur of Saptari, some four years before. He also killed Tulari Devi Shah in Jandol of Saptari and Nirmala Devi Shah of Trikol some 3 years before, police claimed.
According to SP Dakal, Miya killed all the persons and buried their bodies in pits. The buried bodies were taken out for DNA test that confirmed the real identify of the deceased ones.
