Moon marcher Buzz busy in Nepal

Recentfusion.com—Kathmandu: American astronaut Dr Buzz Aldrin who was one of the first men to march in the moon came to Nepal the day before.

It is his first visit to Nepal where he will be remain till Friday. Buzz is 86 now and had set foot on the Moon with Neil Armstrong on July 1969. He is an American engineer and former astronaut. As the Lunar Module Pilot on Apollo 11, he was one of the first two humans to land on the Moon.

Buzz arrived Nepal upon the invitation of Everest Science Center Nepal. According to ESCN Executive Chairman Dr Dilip Adhikari, Aldrin will share his moon experience with the audience in Nepal.

Buzz and his son Andrew will tell about space walk in ESCN on Tuesday and after that at the Nepal Academy Hall, Kathmandu, on Thursday. The visit of Lumbini also has been scheduled for Buzz team.
