36 doctors nabbed on charge of having fake credentials

Recentfusion.com–Pokhara: Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal police arrested 36 doctors on charge of having fake credentials under the operation Quack, from different parts of the nation on Friday.

According to Police, the arrestees were presented in the Kathmandu District Court for further investigation today. Though they arrested yesterday from 10 different districts of Nepal, polices made their names public today. The doctors were accused of having medical degree and Nepal Medical Council licenses allegedly by fake certificates.

They were arrested from Kathmandu, Parsa, Chitwan, Lalitpur, Dhanusa, Sunsari, Jhapa and Kaski. Higher Secondary Education Board and Nepal Medical Council have been assisting Police for investigation of the case.
