Recentfusion.com–Pokhara: Sahara Club Pokhara (SCP) Friday saw off the South Asian Game trophy winner Baikuntha Manandhar who is going to fly to Hongkong to chair as a chief guest in a Hiking for Charity event that is scheduled for June 12 there.
SCP Chairman Birbhadra Acharya and former chairman Bikram Thakali gave a farewell to Manandhar, who is also a marathon runner, with garlands and token of love, in a formal program, informed SCP Genera Secretary Keshav Raj Baral. Sahara Club Hongkong (SCH) is going to organize a charity hiking to collect fund for Sahara Academy that is running in Dobilla of Pokhara.
The theme of 12.5 km long hiking is health is wealth, informed Dev Gurung, SCP advisor. Similary, newly elected executive body of Nepal Sports Journalists Forum Kaski has been felicitated during the program.
