NATTA to promote Pokhara in South Korea

Recentfusion.com—Pokhara: A 20 member’s team of Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) Pokhara has left for South Korea to take part in 31st Korea World Travel Fair (KOFTA) 2016, on Wednesday.

The KOFTA will be organized from June 9 to June 12 of 2016 at COEX Convection and Exhibition Center in Korea. The exhibition will cover tourism, travel, holiday, tourism industry, and travel services related shows. More than 60 countries will be taking part that fair.

The NATTA executives and members will inform the Korean people and the world communities about current situation of Nepal following the April 12 massive earthquake that hard hit Nepal.  The team will also meet the Korean industrialists and businessmen to exchange the state of investment in Nepal and there.

According to Nepal Tourism Board Pokhara In-charge Uday Bhattarai, there is a negative perception about Nepal in world community after the massive earthquake so, they are going to clear all that miss understandings about Nepal.  Similarly Nepal will set a stall in KOFT exhibition to promote the tourism of Himalayan Nation.

Former NATTA Pokhara president and team coordinator Pom Narayan Shrestha said that his team will take part in a discussion program that will also joined by journalists and businessmen of Korea. Promotion of Visit Nepal Year 2073, spreading positive message about Nepalese tourism, discussion on Korea-Nepal air service are some of the issues that the team will discussed with the Korean businessmen and industrialists.
